“we ordered 4 traditional beams (2 different pair lengths). all arrived well packaged and very happy with purchase. The quality is excellent. The only problem we had (not the fault of the company - it was the courier), was the different packs of 2 arrived either side of the weekend. The first pack had the brackets but no fixings so we went out and bought these ourselves. However, when the second box arrived the fixings for both packages had been placed in the "later arrival". Although the Rawlplugs were the same as we had bought the screws 9in our opinion were not great and the ones we bought were countersunk which matched the countersunk holes in the brackets for flush fit.”
