“Firs bought this design ten years ago to do my downstairs. Currently upgrading my upstairs and am installing this model in all my upstairs rooms. This is an excellent radiator, quality and output superb in fact they can get rather hot so one should be a little careful if you have crawling children. Mine that are 10 years old look as good as the day they were installed. I took receipt of a damaged radiator and within 24 hours a replacement was sent, with all the current madness I think the service is excellent and as good as it was when I first dealt with them. I have no hesitation in recommending the company, this product and their pricing. There was a sales person I think her name was Amanda, she was a credit to the company and did a sterling job sending out a replacement product and a missing item.”
