“We purchased a Trade Direct Towel Rail, Chrome Straight, 1200x500mm. The order came at home on the next day. Very satisfied. However, we noticed a defect (we believe it was manufacturer's defect as the package was fine, the chrome part peeled off). We send the info/pictures to customer service immediately. They concluded that it was a manufacturer's damage and send us a new one. Very pleased, very happy with Customer Service team. Thank you. The radiator itself looks smart in our newly refurbished bathroom. Works good, happy with the price/quality range.”

“Good quality radiator and with a speedy delivery, however, the application windows would not allow me to input a discount code (10% my buckos). Still good though.”
