“Terrible service, next day delivery of cards were botched, ask for a refund, they promised the error would be corrected and new batch sent out. It has been 2 weeks since original order was placed. And no update.”

Hi Jamal, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are very sorry that your experience did not meet the standard you expected from us. As a direct-to-print service for customers in the print and design trade, orders are produced from the artwork supplied. In this case, the original artwork was supplied at the incorrect size and required correction, which meant the order had to be placed on hold while we awaited an updated file. However, we fully acknowledge that an error was then made when printing your business cards. Our team arranged an immediate reprint, which was despatched and delivered within 48hrs, and a full refund for the order has also been processed. We have additionally offered a discount on a future order, as we would appreciate the opportunity to restore your confidence in our service. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration caused. Kindest regards, Chris Stewart
