“The fan heater is an ideal size for the space in which I have to store it and for the purpose for which I bought it. It is very light to move around and I bought this model because it had a handle, which has proved immensely useful. The firm which delivered it were very good at keeping me informed of its journey to me. The gentleman who delivered it was polite and friendly and took care because he ‘phoned me at a number I left on my door as I was on site but not in my flat. This is an unusual level of service these days. Usually such a request would be ignored and the item would be taken away again.”

“I have not even received my heater yet. Like I regret shopping with tower is more than 2 weeks, this is the third week yet my item cant even be tracked”
