“Sadly the part ordered was not the correct one. My husband fiddled with my new hi dome and took 'something apart' in the regulator area but I cannot explain what it was so I have been left with a cooker without pressure - his fault. Your services is excellent.

“Our Tower pressure cooker is not working properly and as the user guide is not much use, we contacted the help desk. They were no help, the agent had never even used a pressure cooker! Annoyingly we were charged by our provider for the phone call. We went ahead and bought a replacement regulator but it has not made any difference. The cooker is less than 2 years old but as the pressure cooker was a gift we do not have any warranty and as we have already replaced the gasket, so tomorrow we are going to buy a Prestige pressure cooker. We are very disappointed with Tower and their product.”
“Why only 3 stars when I am 100% happy with my replacement TS2004 regulator? When looking at the Tower web site to find my replacement, the one that looked like mine did not include my pressure cooker in the list of compatible ones! I had to send an email query and wait for 6 days to get confirmation that it is compatible. Why was my T820002 pressure cooker not in the compatible list? Why is it still not in the list now?”
“Ordered a Pressure Regulator from Tower after seeking their advice regarding the problem I had with my pressure cooker. They advised me of the part code needed and directed me to their website. Two days later it arrived within a given two hour time slot: notified by text.
My pressure cooker now works perfectly. Job done!
