“Very pleased with my new sealing ring, cooker works much better. Having received the wrong one I tried to contact Tower, after 2 phone calls and two emails I finally spoke to Sophie who was very helpful and I received the correct seal the following day.”
“Sadly the sealing ring was a disaster, however I have since discovered that my Pressure cooker is unsafe!
A replacement pressure cooker will be sent , once Tower has sorted out the ROYAL MAIL problem.”
