“I am not happy with Tower, I have been waiting for the items to arrive, I emailed you requesting some idea of delivery time I have had no reply. Yesterday a card from Royal Mail was pushed through my door telling me to collect the goods from my local parcel office as the sender had not paid the correct postage and I was required to pay £2.00 to get it which I have now done.Not only this I have had to pay for my parking and fuel to get there and back! So it has proved to be alot more costly than I expected. Not impressed with Tower's customer service at all.”
