“I would recommend the bbq but I would not deal with Tower!
The bbq arrived damaged, parts missing and the all weather cover that was advertised to be included was missing.
Contacted customer services who took over 48 hours to respond and when they did the response did not make any sense, was abrupt and not helpful.
I responded to the message and waited over 48 hours again to confirm what they had written in the first email. This email did not offer to exchange the damaged product just offered some money back to compensate the damage. There was no mention of the missing nut and bolt or all weather cover.
I contacted them again to enquire about the missing pieces.
Again waited for a response stating that they had to contact someone regarding the missing parts.
I waited over a week and no response, so I emailed to be told that the specification does not include the all weather cover. So I responded with a screen shot of the advertisement which clearly stated that the cover was include.
No response and I have up chasing and then over 2 weeks later the cover arrived!
There was no apology but I emailed to say thank you. I also asked about the missing nut and bolt that connects the lid to the bbq and she informed me that they would be posted to me.
It is now a month later and still no nut and bolt so I am going to have to go and buy one!
