“This items was exactly what I needed, but it came ripped. I have continually tried to reach tower with no response, they are still using the excuse of COVID to not answer calls and have had no response to the logged called for over 2 weeks. At this point my brand new bbq has been stuck out in the rain because tower refuse to respond to be and simply send me a replacement to resolve this issue Very poor service from tower expected better ordering direct rather than from another site”
