“I cannot rate it as I have not yet received my item despite paying for next day delivery. I believe this is down to the courier so I would suggest looking into using another company! I ordered my item on the 26th May and it has STILL not been delivered! The customer service has been awful and I have been waitings over a week for a response!! My request for a refund has been ignored!! Not happy!!! If my request is not addressed soon, I will be taking it further! Updated 21st June- I have just received my item over 3 and a half weeks later. The box is battered and the item inside looks used. I have had no correspondence or reply to any of my emails from this company. They obviously are not bothered about their customer satisfaction as the customer service/care is poor/non existent. I would suggest not buying from them and using a company that actually cares about the people spending the money with them.”
