The muffin tin is also resistant to abrasion, allowing you to use metal utensils without damaging the tin. While suitable for use in the oven withstanding temperatures of up to 220C 500F, this roasting pan can be used in the fridge, freezer and dishwasher although hand wash is recommended to maintain the tin's finish.
