“Received bin promptly from date of purchase. On arrival the bin appeared to be faulty. After contacting customer service to discuss the problem I was given a set of instructions to follow before accepting the return. After following all of the instructions the bin sensor still didn't work. After this I decided to return oppsoed to a replacement as I have no faith that a replacement would be any different. If the sensor broke within a year of purchase there is no alternative to override the sensor and open the bin lid with a pedal etc therefore the bin would not be fit for purpose and a waste of money.”
“This is completely overpriced for the quality of the bin the bin is tiny in comparison to my previous 50 litre tower bin I would not recommend or buy tower brand again really disappointed with my product.”
