“I've never previously know a non-stick this good. I can cook greens in a tiny amount of water and they just side off leaving the pan perfectly clean.
The downside is that the pan base is sooo heavy that it takes significantly longer to warm up than other pans do.
I have noticed three small patches where the non-stick surface has come away despite using only wooden or silicon utensils. I'll be taking this up with Tower as a test of their warranty.”
