They literally do as the description says, NONSTICK, I tried the fork, knife and spoon test to see if scratches would appear and hey ho there were none. I tried the rice test in the pots too and the pot did the job for nonstick, I did the bacon test when frying in the pan with a successful simple wash away with a soft sponge. These Tower Diamo are really Great. You won't be disappointed, Grab a set for yourself, I kid you not they're worth every penny.”
