“I was planning to email you before now..the product was already broken inside the carton by the time I opened it. This is more annoying because I returned the earlier one I bought to Amazon because a part (the golden head) was missing from the first package. Now, this one, the tripod won't sit on the round platform because the whole the tripod should go into at the baseball was already broken inside the carton. I did not bother to waste my time returning it again. I threw it in the artic.
