“I've given this 4 stars due to the fact that the lid had passed through the quality control without a washer on the underside, meaning that the handle was loose. Fortunately customer services arranged for a new product to be delivered and processed a label for me to return the faulty product. The pan itself is a nice depth and the Cerastone coating is one of the best non stick, hardwearing coatings I've ever used, as I've had a 3 saucepan set for the last 3 years, so all in all I would strongly recommend”
