“This is our second bin - the 5 year extended warranty excludes the sensor lid - never heard anything like it - so we were forced to buy a new one (again without the sensor lid being included in the extended warranty) because it was quicker to do so than wait for the sensor lids to come back into stock. I was pleased with the discount (10/10 for that) but if I'd paid ~£150 for the bin (times 2) I would be even more frustrated.”
