The thick forged aluminium constructed body retains the heat during cooking and is oven safe up to 280C and grill safe up to 250C for versatile hob, grill and oven use. This scratch resistant and hard wearing pan is bonded with a steel coated base that's suitable for use across all hobs, with a durable cast steel look handle. “The frying pan is fantastic. Their service is abysmal. Ordered next day delivery and it didn't arrive so my child went to Uni with no frying pan so to encourage them in taking delivery seriously rather than presumably using the cheapest and these days crappest company (Evri) I'm looking at a breech of contract claim against them. They've not responded to my last email communication. So yes, the pan is fabulous but by from somewhere other than them direct.”

“Received pan direct from Tower, registered it and next day found a tiny flaw on the inside base. Emailed Tower but to date have had no reply. That was 26/10/19. Tested the pan only once so not particularly happy with Tower.”
