No packaging so all the corners done in
Luckily the fan wasn’t damaged
Very hard to put together the instructions are worse than those from ikea
Fan base is a big massive metal circle and very heavy so hard to move/ store
Fan itself is okay and quite powerful but in hot weather like we have now the metal motor at the back gets extremely hot and so warms your room !!
I’m now looking for a floor fan as this is poor overall

“Recently bought the fan. An excellent metallic fan.
A little disappointment at the start as my first order went missing from the courier company. However, tower staff was very helpful in that when I informed them of my order gone missing they offered me to re send the order or take a refund. On The 2nd occasion the fan arrived quickly
One thing to improve upon will be to add a phone number for customers on which they can discuss their issues”
