I received the fan without the screw needed to attach the fan blade. It’s been four days since I contacted Tower for a replacement, but I’ve had no response so far. If I don’t receive the missing screw within the next few days, I may have no choice but to return the entire unit.

Excellent quality product with a beautiful design. Nothing on this fan is cheap or shoddy at all. A decent length cable is also a plus feature. 3 speeds gives good choice of control of air flow. This fan is so good and such value for money I bought another one. When a company gives a 3 year gaurantee that tells you how much belief they have in their product. Now the important part for me was, how powerful on full setting? You can really feel this fans flow from 6 foot away and dosent sound loud either. 10/10 all round.

Absolutely stylish,looks great,good quality and works Brill,not noisy,bought 2 in different colours,for my daughter & son's bedroom.Would buy again & would definitely recommend. Great price.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. The fan I got has a faulty motor and makes a revving/whirring noise that speeds up and slows down - it cycles and it’s is loud. I emailed customer service explaining my situation, they asked for a video etc, after a few emails (which take days to be responded to each time) I was then asked questions I’d already given information about. To then being sent an email telling me if I didn’t respond within 48 hours they’d consider the case closed, I respond within hours and I’ve still to hear back after asking for a phone number or someone else to correspond with. Basically I’ve paid for a fan, have no working fan, they asked me if I had a printer to print out a returns label which I don’t and now communication has stopped after they told me to respond within a timeframe I already had done! I want a full refund! Not my first Tower fan, the others work well so accept there’s manufacturing faults but the customer service is so poor. I’ve lost out on money??

Had to construct the fan on receipt but fairly easy to do. Powerful speed even on Level 1. Slightly noisier than expected however it does the job. Good breeze which covers the whole room when oscillating. Looks good in a living room environment but equally nice in any location.
