“I received this today and very happy with floor cleaning aspect of it. I previously had the H2O steam before but that packed up after 5 years. I am surprised how lighter this new Tower mop model is compared to the H2O mop. Also, I am very happy with angles in the corners, it’s sharp edge to edge means it captures all the dusts and dirt. Whereas the H2O mop didn’t get right inside the corners. I have not tried to use anything else yet, but when I do, I shall write another updated review on this product. The Tower Mop also stands on its own, whereas H2O mop didn’t and kept falling over. I must admit that the cable is slightly shorter on this model, but I used a spare extension lead, and away I went. Perhaps in the near future, when newer models are released, it would be great for a longer cable. Overall, very happy with purchase so far. I might need to order another mop head as only one is provided, which can be washed at 40 degrees in the washing machine. I like to have 2 so can alternate using them.”

“Not very happy with it, leaks detergent when not in use. The handle gets way to hot to quickly when trying to use. Would not buy again. Im a cleaner and wanted a good steamer to help get touch grease stains out.”
