“We wanted a simple but effective model with simple controls for everyday tasks. This model fits the brief perfectly; easy to use controls and ample power for its' purpose. And, in fact, a relative has bought the same model on our recommendation already.
We're now looking at other Tower brand products too.

“The microwave does not 'beep' when it's finished 4 out of 5 times. The time dail got stuck when it's close to 0. I have returned the item. The return process is also quite bad that the agent gave me a location which does not take big items including the microwave, so I had to look for an alternate return point. Waste of my time!”
