I'm still waiting for customer service to set up my guarantee as my model wasn't listed and the guarantee can't be initiated unless it is and is been almost a month since purchase. Their response times are very poor and it still hasn't been sorted out so I don't think I'd be inclined to purchase another Tower product as I'd be concerned an issue with the product would not be dealt with at all!”
