“Terrable and the customer service was none existent. Told that the iron that had been used just a few times and was a month old had limescale build up and no fault. The person that I was dealing with just kept asking for pictures of the kettle and I kept saying its a iron not a kettle. Really poor experiance... now I have a broken iron just over a month old”
