“I bought this along with the kettle to match my new kitchen, they both look great but the toasters' elements between the two pairs of slots do not heat up as much as the outer ones and so don't toast the bread on each side evenly. I complained and received a replacement one which is not much better.
For a £70 toaster I think it's very poor.”
