“I received the Vortx Vizion 8 as a replacement for a previous Tower model. The Air Fryer is easy to use and although the same capacity as my previous model, had larger baskets and improved non stick plates. The airfryer is easy to clean with a far more sleek appearance. It also has lots of cooking programmes/features and is a great replacement for a conventional oven.”
“It's a good air fryer only problem i have is i have problems with one of the draws sometimes it dosnt register the draw is shut it just says its out you have to lift the handle and push it to a side to get it to register but other then that its great”
“The machine is excellent but the misinformation provided by your "customer service" staff leaves an awful lot to be desired. I got this item because my original one was subject to recall and the lack of customers rights by your staff is most concerning, I would suggest a serious session of staff training be undertaken.”
“Air fryer works fine however even using liners, grease has been trapped in a crevice around the window and you cannot get into it to clean it, so it now constantly looks dirty. Very poor design to not be sealed enough that it allows grease in but you’re unable to clean it.”
“got this model as a replacement for a recalled product. Very similar to my previous one except the controls are slightly different so took a short while to get used to. Size of air fryer and dual baskets are perfect. Overall cannot fault this model, would definitely recommend”
