“Once I understood the control panel I found it quite easy to use the baskets could do with some open shelves so you could layer the contents as trying to do multiple items I found the baskets quite small apart from that it worked well i am pleased with my purchase”
“In my experience, this is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I'm still waiting for my £4.99 refund for the next day delivery i paid for which took 5 days to arrive. The box it came in looks like it had been kicked around on a football pitch for 2 hours. And the additional trays ( x2 ) I bought are the wrong size for the air fryer , even though these were the one offered to me from the Tower store website. Nic, the person I was dealing with throughout this whole process was slow and seemed very in-interested in putting things right. ( Nic, where is my £5 refund for the next day delivery I paid for which took 5 days. Also, you sent me the wrong size trays for the air fryer which I paid extra for. And im sure you have seen the state of the parcel that was delvered by Every. ). Infact, I 've just seen that I have a 3 year guarantee and would like to just return everything and get a full refund please. Only there is no telephone number on,your website for me recall you on.. “It's a good enough product but I'm Somewhat disappointed as I bought this product specifically because I wanted one that went to 240 degrees and as per spec on website the says adjustable temp 40-240 degrees this is incorrect the max temp is 210 degrees which I didn't realise until I tried to use it at over 210 having already used it for other things requiring a lower temperature and thrown away all the packaging. Website needs updating to show correct information.”
