“It runs quietly, is simple and easy to use and very neat looking. The only slight issue is getting the drawers to slide in sometimes, you have to get the angle right.
It would help if there were some recipe instructions in the leaflet that comes with it.”
“I found that the left hand drawer wouldn't close smoothly. I contacted customer service and was asked to give the product time, which I wa snappy to do so. However, after using the Airfryer for another four days, the fault just got worse. I was cooking fish one night, removed the drawer to turn the fish over and couldn't get the drawer back in. I ended up completing the cooking on the hob. Hence I returned the Airfryer and ordered a different make elsewhere.
I was very disappointed because I had always recognised Tower as a very good make.”
