“It is great for small items that would probably be cooked in a frying pan ie. fish, sausages, without splashing over the hob and no fat needed, chips are great and the deeper pan means you can toss them easier for all over crispiness. I've not tried anything big as the time to cook say a chicken not much different than the oven where you can cook all the roast dinner at the same time.”
