“The fryer is okay but the problem comes when you need to buy spare parts.... I need to buy a replacement drawer / basket and when I ask Tower their response is that they don't have any.
As a responsible retailer with values for the planet it's not credible for a product that's in production not to have the parts replacement available.”

“Overall the fryer does what it says on the tin however, the reason for the 4* rating is due to issues with the control panel screen which when it arrived had scratch type marks all across the screen that won't polish out.”
