“This was my first time ordering an air fryer, and unfortunately, the one I received had a crack. However, the customer service team responded very quickly and clearly explained how I could return it. The whole return process took just about five minutes, right across the street from my home. As soon as they received the damaged one, they sent me a brand-new replacement, delivered right to my hands. I didn’t have to pay anything extra.
I’m very happy with both the service and the air fryer itself. It doesn’t take up much space, which is perfect since I have a very small kitchen. It’s compact and efficient — I’m truly satisfied. Great job!”
