“The drawer handle wouldn't click in so was unusable....I contacted Tower and had to send a video of me trying to attach the handle, that wouldn't send so then had to use another system. I was then asked whether I wanted a refund or a replacement, I chose replacement whereby I have to send photos of the batch number and the air fryer, with the cord cut off...and then I get a replacement in 3-5 days ... it's such a palaver and is now a week conversing and still have to wait for the replacement.”
