“Leaking through glass when washed ..apparantly the seals are no good need replacing after one week . As per phone call lady said they are supposed to leak ..not in handbook and not online .read handbook that comes with it . Not happy at all”
“It takes a lot longer to cook things than my previous tower air fryer. I had to buy a new one off yous as I was told my last one was to be binned due to risk of going on fire. I wish I picked another one as this one isn’t great.”
“Had this item as a replacement for a recall of our original air fryer due to a fire risk. Origanly bought at Argos but due to the recall we were given a voucher only to be used on tower website only, not much choice as there were hundreds recalled, as demand was in demand. Now with the replacement while on, it sounds like a train.
So terrible service awaiting what they are gonna do.”
“I only purchased this air fryer as the original Tower air fryer I had was subject to a safety recall. The replacement time for the faulty air fryer was 60 days!!! So I took the option of a voucher and bought an air fryer to the value of the voucher. Still had to wait 4 days for delivery though. The air fryer seems ok so far, the drawers aren’t as awkward as the previous version. The air fryer is fine, Tower’s customer service when dealing with a safety recall isn’t quite as good!”
