As my wife purchased the air fryer I couldn't establish if she registered the unit.

After waiting 9 days for left & right replacement drawers to arrive. I contacted Tower who said they’d investigate. 4 days later they tell me item has been lost by courier & would I like a replacement or refund. I wanted both drawers so opted for replacement. Receive an email to confirm, promptly followed by another email stating only left basket now in stock!
So I then opted for refund as wanted both baskets! Now in search of a new air fryer & wont be buying Tower as quite frankly, their customer service isn’t great!”
“Well priced and arrived quickly. However, a bit disappointing that the air fryer needed two trays after less than two years. Mechanism attaching handles to trays were simply not robust enough and handles fell off.”
“I think the crispa should go with this basket. I had to pay for both basket & separate crispa @ £9.99 each. When I got the airfryer I thought it was one item. Otherwise I'm pleased for fresh baskets.”
“Our original broke due to it falling off the draining board while drying, ordered this & it’s an exact replacement & cost £10 which I think was a very good deal, it is just the basket you don’t get the grill inside but that’s fine. We did originally get sent the wrong side but I emailed customer service who apologised for the error & sent the correct one out arriving a couple of days later. Very happy with the service & product.”
