Rotisserie bar missing.
After twelve emails and one month on I am still no nearer to resolving this issue.
The rotisserie bar was never in stock yet they took my money. I’ve yet to receive a refund and my emails are now being ignored. They still have my money yet I do not have the product.
Appalling after sales service and this is now in the hands of citizens advice.”

Realising I could have a part problem I spent a further £13+on line from TOWER SPARES, This to arrived minus the ROTISSERIE BAR!
I now have 4 forks but still no bar so I'm now nearl £14.00 out of pocket and still not with item 7 bar. Please resolve this problem - Some time has now elapsed Poor quality control and service -
