“I ordered the Air fryer to save money I did order a xpress Pro combo thinking it was a good one, I had difficulty trying to put the accessories together and then found out the screws were missing for my rotating wheels for rotisserie fork. The recipe book wasn't to my liking it didn't seem to have basic recipes in it I have had to go onto you-tube on how to assemble accessories, perhaps I should have got a smaller one I thought buying one of theses would save me money being a pensioner.”
“Ordered and paid for the basket middle of January supposed to be in stock. I was told few day's later not in stock. Didn't receive it until middle of March just turned up out of the blue. First time I used it with chips enough for 2 people, after it did one turn all the chips fell out on to the bottom of the air fryer. The clip that closes the basket is faulty and won't stay shut. Rang customer service who gave me full refund but I've not got the basket which was one of the reasons I bought the 10in1 in the first place. I would have liked a replacement but they have know idea when it will be back in stock again.”
“Unfortunately, after a very long wait (2months) for you to get these back into stock, it arrived damaged. Your customer service advisor did offer me a new basket (when they are back in stock) or a refund. I opted for the refund as you had no idea when they would be back in stock. The refund was supplied very quickly. I have given you 3 stars because of your customer service advisor other wise it would have been 1 star.”
“This is a great piece of kit, did our chips brilliantly they were crispy outside and soft and fluffy inside. I have yet to try roast potatoes in it but I’m sure they will be just as good. Easy to wash up too.”
“Loving it so far. Perfect for making French fries, which is all I've used it for, but I'm sure it'll be great for other things too. It goes in the dishwasher and comes out as new every time, so super easy to use and clean. I'd definitely recommend this in addition to the Air Fryer.”
