“Disappointing is the word I’d use ….. Why?
Item is well made and does what it says, the basket rotates so potato chips tumble inside but that is where it ends. After longer than the recommended time the chips are still pale not golden and appetising. Yes they are cooked but a better result is achieved by cooking on the shelves and manually turning chips over at intervals. The basket also takes up the whole cavity so you cannot cook anything else at the same time.”
“The Rotation mesh frying basket was the wait. Its a shame all the crispy bits fall off when the Rotation is working. Having said that it soea make excellent chips.”
“I ordered & paid for the rotating basket in January expected delivery within a week , it didn’t come customer service was shocking , basically said we haven’t any Iin stock but your 1st on the list when they arrive , promised delivery Feb delivery Still didn’t arrive so this time asked for money back , received money 2 weeks later . Ordered again when they said online back in stock thought I’d give them 2nd chance came delivered within a week like I expected in January.
So all in all I waited 3 half months . Definitely costumer service needs sorting out they never had a clue just kept promising delivery , all in all I do prefer the chips in the basket , haven’t tried anything else in it yet but I’m all honestly the Facebook group is where you’ll get all your help you need ,”
