“I ordered 2 of these at £18.99 each. They arrived slightly dented as they were packaged very loosely in an oversiszed box with little protection to stop them banging together. I have used one of them for the first time this evening and the cage door keeps falling open and the chips fall out! Will be retiring for replacements and if it still happens will ask for a refund”
“The crisper itself looks very good but the packaging was terrible, It arrived in an open torn flimsy box, with an empty loose plastic bag inside, how it survived the journey I don't know.
I wanted to buy a branded Tower accessory but I could have bought the same item cheaper on Ebay with free postage.Greg Griffin”
“I paid for next-day delivery it didn't come haven't said that Liberty did refund that part of the postage. The parcel arrived a week later. On opening the box the basket was damaged I didn't want to send it back and wait for another week or two managed to bend it back into shape but not perfect. The basket is hard to handle there should have been to flat spots on each side of the basket to stop it rolling about when the food is cooked the basket is really hot to handle and hard to open because of the heat again rolling about everywhere don't think I would buy again.
