“I was very disappointed when my Aero Crisper arrived as it was damaged and did not lock. Any ingredients that I put in it would fall out when it rotated. I emailed Tower immediately who took so long to get back to me that I had a handyman look at it and repair it meself. Very disappointed in the time taken to reply to emails.”
