“The aero crisper supplied does not rotate in my T17076 fryer. I have reported this to customer service on the 12 March 24 and I am still trying get the matter resolved. Response to emails is incredibly slow and when I phone I am advised all operators are busy and the call is terminated. This situation is not acceptable.”
“I was a bit disapointed with the delivery service as i payed for next day delivery i dont think it was your fault it was the couriers fault but i am very pleased that you refunded me the money back for next day delivery so i thank you so much for that as every penny counts when you are out of work.”
