You may be pleased that we bought a Temperature Dial for T17021RG Air fryer from Tower. We however are far from pleased as we did not. After just over a year since purchase, we began trying to obtain a replacement basket (in either rose gold or silver) for our Tower RG17021 Air Fryer for months but neither has been available and we asked to be notified when they became available. We received an email that the basket was in stock and immediately ordered one which, when it arrived had turned into a Temperature Dial. (Your email actually shows a picture of a basket whilst mentioning a Temperature Dial !!) We contacted Tower and told them about the error and they organised a refund as the basket was once again (or maybe still) out of stock. Your spares back-up is terrible, your service is equally poor and you still appear unable to tell us when stock of either basket will be available.

I did not receive the item inhave requested let me know when you have stock of what i requested which is not the temperature dial

I've actually tried to order the replacement basket and twice the temperature dial has arrived and I've returned them. The description on Tower's website must be wrong against the product code. I've raised this issue previously and it still hasn't been corrected. I'm still trying to buy a replacement basket.

I didn't order a temperature dial, I ordered what I believed to be a replacement basket. The picture on website was a replacement basket, the item description was a replacement basket. There is an issue with the website. Even the email I got asking for a review shows a picture of a replacement basket. I returned the temperature dial when it arrived as it was not what I required
