“used my recently purchased Tower Electric bbq for first time at the weekend. Here's a short review. First concerns voiced in other reviews regarding assembly. I had no issues ,it took approximately 30 minutes to assemble, couple of slightly misaligned hole's in components but nothing a bit of DIY experience could not fix. My first experience of using was a bit mixed. Cooking burger on heat setting 4. With the lid closed was attacked by spitting fat on.opening the lid. Thought I would try Cooking the chicken on a lower 3 setting. but the thermostat kept on cutting the heat off,I assume this was down to the residual heat of the grill plates. notched it up to 4and left lid open chicken was cooked very well. Think the suggestion for cooking setting in the back of the hand book are a bit off the mark.finaly cleaning was a breeze compared to my previous gas bbq. in summary. Quite pleased thus far but jury is out on the temp control.”

“Looks nice, nice and easy to set up and move around. Heats up v quickly and BBQ's well. V easy to clean. One slight issues is that the whole cooking surface is the same temperature so if something is cooking faster than the others you can't just move it to one side. However that is only a minor complaint - overall it is excellent.”

“Terrible customer service! Putting this together was a nightmare as the screw holes didn’t line up. I contacted customer services who acknowledged my email but offered no help. Managed to bodge the frame together in the end. Shame because the grill itself is really good and cooks well. Don’t buy unless you are good at DIY!”
