“I did not get far as using the mop as when it arrived the box was broken parts missing. It was a returned item which was sent to me”

“Parcel arrived looking like it had previously been purchased by someone else and had been taped back up poorly, once opened by myself it came apparent that there was a missing part, still yet to receive a response regarding the matter after emailing the customer care team VERY POOR SERVICE!!!”

“This item has never arrived so i opened a ticket with this company but their review request landed my inbox before the answer for the missing steam mop which is lost on Evri as they confirmed it in their correspondence. I learned the lesson and will never go for the cheaper, Argos is delivering items on time at least and their return and communication is straightforward. in order to avoid hassles I recommend against buying anything from this store.”

“I received the product with missing accessory. The rod wasn't fitting in, I think there was no lock in it or might be broken. So the upper rod i.e. The handle kept coming out. The quality of material of which the accessories are made are very poor. I have returned the product and waiting for my refund. Would never recommend anyone to buy this product. Not worth any price”

“Arrived late and box damaged. Does not leave floor dry took ages to dry. Previously had a dirt devil floor steamer and floor dried almost instantly. Would also like either numbers or markings on temperature dial. Also very plastic feeling to both steamer and tools, think they would break very easily.”
