“So I have been asked to write a review. There must be some crosswires here. I ordered a replacement item for a food processor, I got the size wrong so want to return it. I emailed their department 10 days (or about that) ago and have yet to hear from them about how I send the item back and get a refund. Strange though that while I am waiting, I get an email to write a review instead!?”
