The kettle boils quickly and can hold a lot of water, although it is a bit noisy when heating. After comparing styles and prices, I decided to buy directly from Tower. Postage was free and the kettle has a three year guarantee, if registered, whereas some don't. I hope the kettle does outlast the guarantee as we live in an area with very hard water where limescale is a significant problem. I will be descaling regularly!”
