My Tower Oven Airfryer came without any instructions, which I found very annoying. Yes, maybe there are instructions on line but when you are preparing food and the tablet/computer/phone turns itself off, continuity is impossible. Prior to this the Airfryer books were all about basket-style recipes. When I saw this book on a Tower email, I was really pleased to see there was a book specifically for the"oven" type of Airfryer, however, given that the Airfryer is meant to save money, the book is very over-priced. Having said that, the Airfryer recipe book has some helpful hints and tips, adaptable recipes and if the price was reduced, it would be a "must buy" for me.

Very pleased with the Official Tower Air Fryer Oven Cookbook. The only one I have found which caters for the English market, with recipes suitable for the Tower Air Fryer oven. Very helpful with lots of suggestions and delicious recipes.

No fuss controls - temperature and timer - with simple dials. Ideal for us non digital era folk who can't come to terms with digital push button controls. Energy saving compared to using the standard oven , quicker, cleaner more versatile and cooks far better. Perfect!

The recipes are ok, but there are errors in the book as if it hasn't been proof read. For example, wrong description of dishes.
