“I was so excited when the Air Fryer arrived. Unfortunately it was no where near what l expected.
I have not been successful to cook a meal ready to eat. The meat has either been not cooked or over cooked and too dry.
Chips were not cooked either. I am very savvy to air fryers and this one is way down bottom of the list. I will be speaking to the customers service asl would like a refund as l am unable to use it to feel safe that the food is edible. Veronica”

No handles provided to get baskets or trays out so kept burning my fingers.
If you have two layers of food in one compartment the top layer cooks well but the bottom layer is only half cooked.
Only used it once and already looking for a replacement”
“Cook book has some great recipes but unfortunately I seem to have lost my Air Fryer instructions and would appreciate if you could send me a copy.Until then I am unable to comment on any recipe but as I have said they look great and can’t wait to try some.”
