“Bought for arthritis pain in knees and hips. It was really painful to use at first and I couldn't tolerate it for more than a few seconds but having used it for a couple of weeks now I've really noticed a difference. I can use it for longer and it does work to help pain. I find it difficult to do my back and think it would be better with some sort of grip where it's just smooth silver.
