“I have arthritis and various other problems and cannot use the Pen because it is almost impossible for me to operate. Wanted to return it but found that it could not be returned if the packaging had been opened, but could not use it whilst in the packaging. Have not tried the gel and do not plan to open in the hope I can return the lot and receive credit.”
